Hospice Care in Texas | Generations Health Care

Our family had a wonderful experience speaking w Generations Health Care when we were looking into hospice care for our mom. We received great recommendations about the agency and decided to reach out to learn more. I spoke with Lea, the DON, and she was patient, kind and thorough in explaining hospice to me and my family. She took the time to clearly explain the difference between hospice and home health, which helped us understand our options and what would be most appropriate for our mom. What really stood out to us was that Lea never made us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. She was pleasant, compassionate and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. At this time, hospice is not yet the right choice for our mom because she is still receiving treatments. However, after speaking with Lea and learning more about Generations Healthcare, our family feels comfortable knowing who we can turn to when that time comes. . Thank you Lea, for treating our family w kindness and respect and patience. When the time comes that our mom needs hospice care, Generations Healthcare will be the first call we make

I want to say thank you for all the support and information I was given by Matthew Renteria regarding hospice services for my mother. I had a ton of questions and concerns and Matthew personally took time out of his day and evening to talk me through the process. Unfortunately mother passed away before we could get her on hospice but the effort that was displayed by Matthew will forever stick in my mind. If I had to ever make the tough decision about putting another family member on hospice. I would definitely call Generations because of a person like Matthew.
