Our companies were founded in 2010.  Since then, it has grown to multiple establishments and currently provides hospice end-of-life care, and Billing and Consulting services.

 

Hospice Care and Billing and Consulting  services now available throughout the great state of Texas

In 2012, Generations Health Care formed a second company Generations Hospice Care to provide a continuum of quality home care by combining their home health services, community/provider services and hospice services. This coming together allows the highly educated and experienced staff of Generations to serve our patients through the entire process of health care.

​

With the additional strain from launching a second business, Generations recognized the opportunity and used it to create another company to help combat potential struggle. That is when the Company Generations HHC Management Inc. came into fruition. Generations HHC Management, Inc. provides the support needed to ensure our healthcare and hospice agencies run smoothly and efficiently.

​

In 2013, Generations Visiting Practitioners, LLC. was created granting the ability to admit patients at their local facility. Furthermore, this venture offers yet another way for Generations to visit the patients in the comfort of their own home. This adjoining company further diversified the type of services offered by the Generations’ practice.

​

Subsequently, Excellence Billing was established independently by Jennifer Perez, LPC and Denise Perez -Verastegui who together self-educated on all the aspects of establishing a highly competitive billing and consulting service to fully understand all the dynamics of a variety of medical operations. 

 

Together, the companies each day will fulfill the personal care, case management, skilled nursing, geriatric, and hospice needs of a vast majority of our communities' residents while providing a limitless array of education, guidance, and billing services.

Are the agencies licensed and certified?

 

Yes, every company  meets all required licensing regulations by the Texas Health & Human Services, Regulatory Services Division of Licensing and Credentialing.

 

All of the eligible companies are Medicare certified.

Who will be coming to my home?

Our hospice companies assemble an Inter Disciplinary Team which may include a combination of skilled medical professionals and aides who will provide an optimal level of comfort so that you may live each day as fully as possible.

Who will be billing and consulting?

Our Billing and Consulting company is comprised of a team of billers and hospice consultants with highly trained, educated, experienced, and proven staff.  Collectively we have well over 100 years of training and experience in the industry. 

​

How are the agency's professionals screened and can caregivers legally work in the US?

 

Yes, all of our companies comply with all federal and state regulations regarding work status.  All licensed and unlicensed caregivers employed by our companies undergo a pre-employment screening and criminal background check.

Supervision and Monitoring

How are the staff supervised and monitored to ensure quality and compliance?

 

All company employees are under the direct supervision of a director or Administrator.

Customer Service

​

When are services available?

 

Our hospice caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services are intended to accommodate your schedule and can generally be planned in accordance with your preferences. You can call our office directly during normal business hours Monday through Friday. An on-call nurse is available after-hours and weekends.

 

Our billing and consulting services are available Monday through Friday between 8 am - 5 pm. Services are intended to accommodate your schedule and can generally be planned in accordance with your preferences. You can call our office directly during normal business hours.

Can the agency ensure my confidentiality?  

 

Our companies handle patient information in a confidential manner for HIPAA compliance.
